两地显示的是两个地点之间沿地球表面的直线距离，不是驾车、火车或航班的实际里程。距离在你的手机上计算，可在「我的 → 距离单位」中切换公里或英里（1.0 版在「设置」页）。

• 请确认「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 定位服务」已开启，并把「两地」设为「使用 App 期间」。
• 室内或信号弱时定位可能超时，可以稍后重试。
• 不想开启定位也没关系：直接搜索城市，或在地图上点选地点。

• 在系统照片选择器中，请保留照片的「位置」信息（不同 iOS 版本的入口不同，通常在选择器的「选项」或底部开关中）。
• 截图、聊天保存的图片等很多照片本身没有位置信息。
• 查询地名需要网络；若 8 秒内没有结果，两地会保留原来的地点，你可以手动选择。

在「我的 → iCloud 同步」中开启同步，并在各台设备上登录同一个 Apple 账户。作品会存到你自己的 iCloud 私有空间，同步需要网络，可能不会立即完成。未登录 iCloud 时作品只保存在本机，不影响创作。更换 iCloud 账户时，两地会暂停同步，不会把原账户的作品带到新账户。

如果旧手机开启了 iCloud 同步，在新手机上登录同一 Apple 账户并开启同步即可。没有开启同步的作品只保存在旧手机上。已保存到相册的海报跟随你的相册。

• 解锁全部模板，以及更多字体、配色和连线样式。
• 年度报告的全部样式。
• 高清导出（长边 2880 像素）。
• 可以移除海报上的「两地」品牌署名。地图的版权署名始终保留。

从 1.1 版起，Pro 有三种买法，权益完全相同：按年订阅、按月订阅，或一次付清、永久解锁。订阅会自动续费，从你的 Apple 账户扣款，可以随时取消。1.0 版时已经买断的用户继续永久有效，不需要再买。

免费版可以完整创作：离家、想你、抵达三个场景和照片、水印、奔赴分类各有免费模板，足迹地图、成就印章、足迹海报也都免费，可以不限次数地以标准清晰度保存和分享。

打开 iPhone 的「设置 → 你的名字 → 订阅」，选择「两地 Pro」后取消；也可以在两地「我的」页的 Pro 条上点「管理」。取消后，已付费的周期结束前仍可使用 Pro，到期后不再扣费。

登录购买时使用的 Apple 账户，打开「我的 → 恢复购买」（1.0 版在「设置」页），或在 Pro 购买页点「恢复购买」。订阅和永久解锁都可以这样恢复。

购买和退款都由 Apple 处理。请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com，登录 Apple 账户后找到这笔购买并申请退款。退款完成后，Pro 功能会自动失效。

在作品列表中长按作品即可删除，常用地点可在「我的 → 常用地点」中删除。删除 iCloud 中的全部数据、以及更多说明，请看隐私政策中的「保留与删除」。

DearMiles shows the straight-line distance between two places over the Earth's surface, not driving, train or flight mileage. It is calculated on your phone. Switch between kilometers and miles in Me → Distance unit (Settings in version 1.0).

• Check that Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services is on and DearMiles is set to "While Using the App".
• Indoors or with a weak signal, locating can time out. Try again later.
• You don't need location access at all: search for a city or pick a place on the map.

• In the system photo picker, keep the photo's location information (the control varies by iOS version, usually under Options or a switch at the bottom).
• Many images, such as screenshots and saved chat images, have no location.
• Looking up the place name needs a network connection. If there is no answer within 8 seconds, DearMiles keeps your current places so you can choose one yourself.

Turn on Me → iCloud sync and sign in to the same Apple Account on each device. Stories are stored in your own private iCloud space. Sync needs a network connection and may not happen instantly. When you are signed out of iCloud, stories stay on the device and you can keep creating. If you switch iCloud accounts, DearMiles pauses sync and never moves one account's stories into another.

If iCloud sync was on, sign in to the same Apple Account on the new phone and turn on sync. Stories that were never synced remain only on the old phone. Posters you saved to Photos stay with your photo library.

• The option to remove the DearMiles signature from posters. Map attribution always remains.

From version 1.1, Pro comes three ways with exactly the same features: a yearly subscription, a monthly subscription, or a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro for good. Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged to your Apple Account; you can cancel any time. If you bought Pro in version 1.0, it stays unlocked for good.

The free version lets you make complete posters: free templates for Away, Miss you and Arrived and for the Photo, Watermark and Reunion categories, plus the footprint map, badges and footprint posters, with unlimited standard-resolution saving and sharing.

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose DearMiles Pro and cancel. You can also tap Manage on the Pro bar in DearMiles' Me tab. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Sign in with the Apple Account you purchased with, then tap Me → Restore purchases (Settings in version 1.0), or Restore purchases on the Pro screen. This restores subscriptions and the one-time purchase alike.

Apple handles purchases and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase and request a refund. Once the refund is processed, Pro features turn off automatically.

Long-press a story in your story list to delete it, and remove saved places in Me → Saved places. To delete all iCloud data and for more details, see "Retention and deletion" in the Privacy Policy.
